Lymm village apartment

A recently refurbished spacious apartment located in the heart of Lymm Village. The first floor consists of a lounge with views of the village centre, a fully equipped kitchen and a family bathroom. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms. There is a private entrance with self check-in at the front of the building. Alarm for added security. No parking on site. There are areas to park nearby. There are 2 pay and display car parks in the centre of the village within walking distance.

Central to local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The lower dam can be seen from one of the bedroom windows. You can hear the sound of the peaceful running water. The cosy bedrooms are equipped with heated blankets. Complementary magazines and a selection of books are on hand. Apple TV and Prime included. Steam iron, ironing board, salon professional hairdryer, phone chargers are provided. Tea and coffee sachets available. Bed linen and towels included for your convenience. There is also fast broadband. The property is suitable for longer stays if required.

Local attractions include Lymm Dam which is a lovely conservation area perfect for scenic walks. The Bridgewater canal is again a lovely choice for a walk. There are many pubs in Lymm with an outdoor seating area that serve food; The Golden Fleece, The Church Green, The Jolly Thresher & The Green Dragon to name a few.

At certain times of the year there are traditional village festivals that attract many visitors. The property has a perfect viewing location.

There is a Sainsbury’s Local in the village open 7am to 11pm. There is also a Sainsburys just a 5 minute drive away along Rushgreen road with more choice. The property is very well located for Manchester and Liverpool.

Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester are all within 30 miles. It is well located for easy access to the M6, M62 and M56 motorway links. Manchester airport is 20 minutes away and Liverpool and Chester are 40 minutes away. These can be accessed via bus or train. Bank Quay and Warrington central train stations are 6 miles away. Regular trains to London - 2 hours and Birmingham - 1 hr 10 mins. The only form of public transport in Lymm is a bus service.

Excellent Lymm Location

Matt was an excellent and super communicative host. The apartment was perfect for our adult family of 4. Located in the centre of Lymm, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and 5 pubs full of old English character. The accommodation was clean,comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Would highly recommend Matt's accommodation and we'd definitely book this apartment again!

Perfect Cozy Spot in Lymm

My friends and I stayed here for the last 3 nights of our tour of Wales and northern England before flying home. Everything was perfect! And Kathryn was especially kind and helpful when I was having trouble with VRBO (which happens often). Lymm was charming and beautiful, with friendly locals. I would definitely stay again!

A lovely stay in Lymm!

The flat was absolutely perfect for our stay in Lymm, in the midst of the town within very quick walking distance of all shops, pubs and restaurants. We stayed here as a group of 4 and had plenty of space to sleep, relax and enjoy. The flat was clean and very well-equipped and Matt was great at organising our stay! Thank you!
