"I cannot say enough about the concierge, Monica, who made our anniversary visit wonderful. From amazing restaurant recommendations, to chocolate covered strawberries in our room to calling ahead to the restuarant to alert them to our special day. She did it all with patience, grace and professionalism. We will definitely visit again and that's in large part due to her and the amazing staff. Well done!"

"The staff at the restaurant were all so nice and welcoming! Always had smiles on their faces. The bellhop was very helpful as well. The group of us had both a harbour view and city view and both views were spectacular. Hot tub did get drained on our second night there which was disappointing, but the pool was nice. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. Perfect walking distance to coal harbour and Canada place. Easily walkable to English bay as well! "
