The pass must be displayed at all times when parked in the private lot. Vehicles parked without a visible pass may be towed at the owner's expense. Additional street parking is available nearby.



- Laundry: Self-service laundry facilities are available in the upstairs hallway of 1218 Severson Drive.

- No smoking, vaping, or burning inside the unit or directly outside the building. Violations will result in a $250 fee. Smoking must occur at least 30 feet from the building.

- No parties or events. Violations will result in a $500 fee

- Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fee.



Garbage: Bag all trash before disposal. Use the dumpsters located behind the building. Please do not place loose trash in the dumpsters.



Parking Pass Policy: Failure to return the parking pass at checkout will result in a $100 replacement fee.
