Have stayed at Best Western Hotels for many years and always enjoyed them. Not this one. Was very expensive and breakfast was not included! Thought that was standard for BW. In the room, found food on the floor from the last occupant. No glass glasses in the room. Received only partial room service. Had to ask for towels. Not at all satisfied. Only good thing was that valet service was excellent. Would be glad to talk to BW Customer Service.

Overall the hotel was very good experience. Our only issue was in the restaurant. When we checked in on Friday afternoon we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. Even though we had a party of nine, it should not have taken over an hour to get our food. Also, the server never came over to update us about the delay. The next day, two of us attempted to eat breakfast in the restaurant. We seated ourselves, but no one ever came over to wait on us. So we left. We were really disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a meal in the hotel.

Friendly staff. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower. It was squeaky clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary Pharmacopia Black Tea and Fig body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion shows that the company is thoughtful of their guests. They smelled amazing too and not drying to skin and hair. My only is that I wish the hotel wasn't so drafty. The hallway was very chilly. My room was chilly as well upon arrival. This is Winsconsin so it would be nice to have some heat running. Once I got the heater going it got better.
