The room was clean and neatly designed. The food was lovely, and we were offered for food to made fresh when asking about allergies. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent. One point to make, was that we were not open at 5 O’clock in the morning to the fire alarm going off.

Bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. Pillows were too soft and had 2 nights of terrible sleep. None of the entertainment on the TV was working therefore was unable to watch ITV player or BBC iplayer. The shower screen only covers half of the shower therefore water spilled all over the bathroom floor leaving us with a wet bathroom. Parking is very unclear, asked more than 2 members of staff who did not know anything about parking. Unfortunately this was a waste of money and will not be staying here again.

Everything perfect

The hotel is a minute away from the Northern Quarter with all its bars and restaurants. The hotel is very stylish and must be brand new. The rooms are great too. Lastly the reception staff were so helpful 10/10. Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend the check in was straight forward car park straight across the road very cheap for 24h. The staff was very polite and helpful the train station and tram stop 5 mins walk down the road 2 mins walk from the Arndale centre will definitely use this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
