The hotel is shabby. We reserved a king size bed and ended up with a small room with a double bed. They say it’s walkable from the airport but it is not. There are no sidewalks and it’s unsafe. The shuttle to the airport was my main reason to book this hotel only to find out it’s about $6 per person to ride. We waited over 20 min for the shuttle to take us to the airport, when it arrived the driver when on break. When I repeatedly asked the woman at the desk when we could please get a ride to the airport she also went on break. Frustrating when you are trying to catch a flight! Finally after 40 min another shuttle arrived that was able to transport us. I would never recommend staying here for airport convenience. Stay at the Raddison blue that is actually connected to the airport, that’s where we will stay next time.

This is a great hotel for an overnight at the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms and welcoming staff. Only downside was the shuttle has change, we booked a specific time and as we arrived in reception the shuttle drove off. Staff said it would 15/20mins before it was back so we chose to walk to the terminal at 4am in Jan. Two mins after leaving the hotel the shuttle returned but we wee already at the edge of the property and couldn’t risk going back to only see it sail off again. Lost the cost of the shuttle and would suggest not to book it and just walk. It’s not far from terminal 1/3, 5 mins. Lessoned learnt for next time. Hotel great though.
