The property was perfect for our short stay. Friendly staff and clean room. Unfortunately there was a funny smell, like melting plastic? can’t explain it! Apart from that, great.

It was a great location right in the centre of Manchester, less than 5 mins from Piccadilly gardens. Small rooms but perfect and cheap for the night :)

No frills and not cheap, not for me

Very 'compact' rooms, no working space, had to even get the other side of the bed. No kettle, having to walk down 2 floors and PAY even for hot water, just like easyjet i guess. You wouldn't mind, but the hotel wasn't cheap, stayed in plenty locally for same money with more for the traveller.

Rooms are extremely small, barely any room around the bed, no surfaces at all, not even a night stand or anything that could resemble a table. AC and toilet refill are very noisy, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms. You have to pay for coffee, not even a bottle of water let alone a kettle in the room. Position is good, but there’s better options for the same price

Barely enough room to squeeze past one bed to get to the other. No storage space other than 2 hangers attached to a shelf. Only privacy was in the bathroom which only had some sections as frosted glass. Lights mysteriously stopped working part way through too and then fixed themselves. As a bed to sleep in, it’ll do, it’s one step up from a hostel.

Easy access to transport and facilities nearby as the hotel is in a really convenient location, small rooms but perfect for shorter stays and very clean hotel. We felt quite safe staying in this hotel as we were asked for ID on entry and asked to confirm name and room number when we came in at night.
