フロアにてんとう虫が生きているもの、死骸を含めて多数散見した。 また、給湯器の故障に対しては電話しても対応がなかったが、メールに問題点を記入して送付したところ、5分もかからずに電話があり、業者が来てくれて問題点を解決してくれた。この迅速な対応に感謝致します。
