Everything about the room was great. Comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary water, tea, coffee and toiletries in the bathroom. Full length mirror always a bonus, personally don't like showers over baths as they're a slip hazard but not a game changer, only 5 minutes walk to T2 and plenty of car parking. Staff friendly and welcoming, didn't eat breakfast due to an early flight so unable to comment on food.

The building is well looked after. We stayed in the Executive rooms and the view is amazing. All the rooms are clean. Syed from the Executive lounge was just lovely, nothing was too much for him. He was very attentive.

We found the room service food to be better and cheaper than the restaurants. The portions are huge, the food was excellent, and the prices were better. For example, main course plus fries were £35 in the restaurant and £19 in the room.

Good clean room with courteous staff. Had a lovely dinner there that night. However we had a water leak in the bathroom at 9pm, when we notified staff they came up and upgraded us into an Executive sweet for the night.
