Great apartment in great location
Booked this for 2 nights with friends to see Take That. Apartment was spacious with everything that we needed. Location was great only about 25 min walk along the canal to city centre or Etihad complex. Tram stop right outside. Would highly recommend. Great comms with owner.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a 30th birthday and 1st trip to Manchester. The property was very spacious and clean. It was near parking and transport if needed but also only 10 minutes walking distance from the centre. Only thing I would say for girls is there isnt any mirrors apart from one bathroom to get ready. But overall had a lovely stay and great pre arrival information from the host! Would definitely stay again!!

Best weekend in an amazing flat!
We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time! I received reminders and very detailed check in instructions a couple days before. The place is bigger than expected and very clean. The location is also brilliant as it it right next to the tram station and multiple car park, however we walked into the centre along the canal which only took max 15 mins. We have no complaints as a group and would happily stay again. Thanks Natalie!

Great spot for a city match.
Was in Manchester for a City match. The Flat is located within walking distance to the Etihad. If I was coming to Manchester for any other reason I’d probably stay somewhere closer to downtown but was absolutely perfect for what we needed. There’s a Londis less than a minute away so you don’t need to walk far to get some beer or wine and some snacks to bring back to the place. Only complaint I have and it’s hard to find one, was the lift was broken.

50th birthday stay
Lovely property, in a great location. Tram stop is across the road, which is great for getting to places.
Shame about the other issues we had though.
The place was so cold upon arrival, only 2 heaters on.
Took over 24hrs to warm up, needed to all, be on the day before. No mirror, to do hair etc, had to go out and buy one. Shower screen in main bathroom needs attention, floods bathroom. Try to contact host by mobile number, says unavailable.

We contacted the host before going as it was a birthday weekend so ask if was iron she said there was so I didn’t buy one, got there to no iron out clothes needs ironed so told host she then gave me directions to go to buy the iron and I don’t know Manchester! Then the freezer door wouldn’t close so no freezer for food or ice informed the host she said to put towels down which would mean leaving us with now towels to use this is expected fro a weekend stay

Great potential, poor management
Communications were rude, an example of this is that we had trouble getting in the building on arrival. The 1st keypad doesn't register the 1st number on screen, so we had pressed it twice to see it register and kept getting an invalid code. Natalie rudely messaged to say "you are the only guest that has ever struggled to get in".
Checkout 10am, checkin 3pm. 5 hours to clean, and yet Natalie refuses to liaise with the cleaners to meet any late checkout requests, even when these are done months in advance.
She would not give a valid emergency number when we pointed out the one provided was invalid.
The WiFi details were also incorrect.
The apartment is missing basic essentials: No pan lids, no strainer, no salt. No washing up liquid. The wine glasses don’t fit in the dishwasher, so if staying multiple nights, there’s no easy way to wash them. No ironing board.
The en suite bathroom light only works 10% of the time. It also has no door, so if you're sat on the loo you're on display. The lack of door also means then the bedroom carpet gets wet when showering.
There's only ONE mirror in the whole apartment, and it's located in the bathroom, so not great for groups to get ready. There's no full length mirror in the whole apartment.
The company managing the apartment are called lavish lettings, there's nothing lavish about their service.
