It was particularly hot when I visited, so I turned the fan on. The dust that rained down on me from the odd plastic vines and flowers all over the beams made a fair old mess on the bedspread which I tried to clear up as best as possible but was pretty gross, especially since I slept on top of the duvet. Definitely needed a shower in the morning!

Lovely room, quirky decor and a comfy bed. My only issue was the room was quite warm and the windows only opened slightly on a lock with no fan/ac. Would definitely return.

Quirky and peaceful stay

The staff/owner waited up for me to arrive and made me feel very welcome. Very nicely done out and very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet too. Would visit again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were very impressed with the room - very spacious. Only downside was, we think they are not used to long-term stays. We don't expect daily linen changes or cleaning but coffee service refresh and emptying the rubbish should be every day. Otherwise we highly recommend Waterside!
