Business meeting, hotel service are nice! Recommend for hotel, hotel close to airport shall have shatter Van between airport and hotel, ask guests the taxi service at airport are very bad! The driver charges 1800p! But only 300-350p shall be right, my other business partner pay 3600p?? Taxi between airport and hotel ! Wish hotel can help the issue

Not the best place to bring your family to stay. The casino is directly and openly connected to the hotel lobby, so the secondhand smoke is incredible. Had to ask for a bellhop, despite showing up in hotel-provided transit (4,000php) with 6 bags. Breakfast buffet was good, about a 4/5, with local and western options. Any form of server was absent. All in all, our stay was a disappointing 6.3/10.

They have too many restrictive policies . They dont allow outside food in the Hotel Room. They want you to dine in their lousy american imitation food. The staff especially the security is rude, arrogant and just plain stupid. Hate this facility. They don’t provide any shuttle services. The rooms are old , dirty and the staff are cold and rude. Avoid this place at all times.
