Check in was quick, room was clean, breakfast was varied but not great and pretty expensive for Philipino standards. No one mentioned a free airport shuttle to us, and when we found out at check out, the shuttle was already full. That was pretty disappointing. This should be mentioned at check in.

My family and I have stayed at Kingsford Hotel many times, and we’ve always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment. I booked a queen room, but i was placed in a room with two small beds instead. The staff told me they would move us to the correct room around 12 noon since that’s when guests usually check out. That never happened—I had to go downstairs myself to follow up on the status of the room I originally booked. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far from the service we’re used to at Kingsford Hotel. I hope they improve, because we genuinely love staying here.

Overall, a fairly decent hotel, but the breakfast buffet choices were limited this time. Even though we had free buffet breakfast, we ordered room service on our second morning as it was too busy in dinning room and limited choices.
