First off. The hotel in itself is fine. However, it houses 1800+ guests. Only four people available via check in, and only 4 available working lifts. 1 hour and 40 minutes queue to check in. 25 minutes wait for the lift to check out (no stairs). The lobby is packed beyond belief and total chaos.

Breakfast has variety. Staff are wonderful and respectful. I don’t have to worry for shuttle to go to Ninoy International Airport. We just reserved the date and we’re taken there for free.

Nice and respectful staff at the Kingsford Hotel, everyone was pleasant. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was basic and average; however, there was mold in the toilet, itchy bedding, and stains on the carpet and chair. The location is convenient, close to the airport, Okada, Parqal, and other establishments, with a complimentary shuttle service from/to the airport. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

It’s not wheelchair accessible. I requested a wheelchair accessible room and the bathroom door was too narrow and the wheelchair couldn’t fit in the door.
Door too narrow. Wheelchair doesn’t fit the door. I parked the wheelchair by the door but can’t get in the shower because I can’t close the door with the wheelchair at the entrance. No grab bars, no shower chair instead they gave me a plastic one.
