Property was great. Clean room, and great staff. Only complaint is elevator stops at almost every floor for staff and guest. So if you’re on the 17th floor. It will stop 6-8 times to get to lobby.

Outstanding, courteous service of the staff, best location in Manila, no traffic, no flood . Good selection of food at breakfast buffet, great view of the city especially at night. Enjoy & love our stay, will be back next time we're in Manila.

Overall stay was good except with two issues. Room with water leak and waited 45 min to room move to wait for managers approval and second day of stay requested room to be serviced by housekeeper but it was not completed.

there was a clogged on shower area that flooded the entire bathroom, we had to call support for 3times inorder to resolved the issue. My roommate wasnt able to take a bath until all declogging activity was done while we are interrupted in our room activiities. After 3complaints, they sent us breakfast meals to recover the trouble.

Very clean hotel, lovely rooms, great price. However, security just watched me struggle to open the door with 3 suit cases and please tell Earl on reception that manners don't cost anything, it's free to be nice to people. The hotel it's self was fantastic but staff were not great, I checked in at 3 am.. maybe they were tired?
