Front office manager is very talented. Neighbourhood seems a bit dodgy for a none resident to be walking around. My intuition was to move. Clean sheets and new showers. I am older and careful were I lay my head.

We never got the room we booked. We got an unfinished twin room. No mirror in bathroom, no hanging rail in wardrobe. New soap and shampoo dispenser but empty. It will be a lovely room when it is completed. Breakfast was lovely as was dinner the night before.

I enjoyed my stay at Nichols immensely! Such a hidden gem in the city! The staff was friendly, responsive, and eager to make sure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. They even offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, for a very reasonable and fair price. If you want to save on travel expenses, but still want to rest at a nice, safe, secure, and comfortable location, then Nichols Airport Hotel is the place to stay!!

I was just looking for a cheap hotel near the airport. I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel and the great service. Large rooms, good aircon, easy airport shuttle, and a great rooftop restaurant. This is my new go-to hotel for the Manila airport.
