I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean.

Excited to do a review. Great and pleasant experience. Must say its VALUE for the money. With excellent daily buffet breakfast. Are they gonna kill me!!!! Hahaha. Pampered with extra mile service. Manager PJ went beyond explaining about the hotel. danica and Sha were my morning angels, so attentive to my needs by bringing me fresh mangoea or bananas not in the buffet. The room was fantastic. aC super super excellent. Security and staff assistance is felt always. Would love to stay in this hotel again. Seda Makati. Thank you. Lovely place

The property was nice and conveniently but unfortunately, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser was totally empty. Called the reception, was informed that the housekeeping will provide but even after calling the 2nd time, it never arrived. There was no hot water in the shower, informed the receipt but to no avail. I just left the hotel in the morning feeling disgusted for another hotel. Will never return to this property.

全体的に良かった。部屋も広くサービスが良い。隣の部屋のメンテナンスでシンナーのにおいがあったが、すぐに部屋を変更してくれました。タオルはバスタオルのみなので、洗面用のハンドタオルがあるとさらに良いとおもいました。

Excellent as always. Staff are all exceptional from the minute they welcome you to the lobby staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every time we call within the 10 minutes or less staff will be at your door to answer your request. I have a separate booking and just need another room for my grandma's visit. Looking forward to book to this hotel in the future.

The room.where i stayed was dark no lights just those dim lights it was uneasy to do things in that room. The shower was clog bathroom tend to smell like poop.
