The lady at the restaurant where we had breakfast was very courteous & wonderful. The cleaners were kind. However this hotel is NOT even a 3-star for us. I dont normally leave comments to criticize as if i dont have anything nice to say i usually just keep quiet. But im compelled to share on this hotel for others to be aware of.
First, the washroom has MOLD all over the bottom sides of the wall including d shower area. If a hotel is well maintained a deep cleaning or maybe caulking will resolve this or whatever needs to be done as this could be a HEALTH issue.
Secondly, the first time and subsequent times i tried to dial “0” to reach hotel desk operator - no one answers. Tried several times. Finally 4th day - tried again and after SEVERAL rings i got an answer - wow. So my question was “can i print aomething fr your business centre”!- their reply “are there aeveral pages”, my answer yes. There will be a charge. I said Ok. Then d operator said he will get back to me to find out how much and i said Ok thanks. Waited and they did not get back to me at all - at all… obviously they lack good customer service in this hotel. So attempted the last time. Ao finally they answered 3 pesos/pg - which was ok. Then they got back to me and changed their minds and said - mom its not 3 but 5 pesos per pg. I said ok. Then they changed their minds again and said its not 5 but 10 pesos per pg. Even though i can pay that cost, no hotel with good customer serv would do that
