Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twin beds. Second and third bedrooms share a full bath with views onto the back yard garden and the marshes beyond.

Downstairs: Spacious living room with end-to-end windows looking out over the ocean, cozy gas fireplace, comfortable couches, large screen TV with deluxe cable package, and an alcove with a rocking chair and windows onto a professionally landscaped back yard. Full kitchen with modern appliances complementing the original antique sink, plus large capacity washer and dryer. Dining room with ocean views. A den off the living room doubles as a study / office, and provides additional sleeping space with a trundle bed (which opens into two twin beds).

Outside: large wrap-around oceanfront deck and sandy terrace. Convenient beach access via public stairs one door down, or public boat ramp three doors down. Professionally landscaped fenced-in back yard with paved walking path, outdoor shower space, and a shed with patio furniture and beach toys.

Just a short walk from the house:
- Green Harbor Lobster pound - buy live or steamed whole lobsters, delicious lobster rolls, and fried seafood, french fries and onion rings.
- The "Genny" - an old-fashioned neighborhood general store with penny candy, ice cream treats, deli, groceries, and beer/wine/spirits.

Just a short drive to the restaurants and shops of Brant Rock, and the Supermarket and shops at Webster Plaza.
