Start with the ocean view from the many windows letting in sunlight. Next, the great room where our 10 family members relaxed, told stories and watched the World Series. Two refrigerators! Walks along the beach! All in all we highly recommend this beautiful place.

At the last minute we had to scramble and find a house for a big family wedding. The hosts could be have been more helpful. This house was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely rent this home again.

Perfect seaside retreat

My family and I were attending a wedding at a nearby camp and we needed a big house to accommodate everyone. This house was immaculate with a fully outfitted kitchen and plenty of space for a group to be together and to find some space. Bathrooms fully updated and large bedrooms with room for portable cribs for little ones. Steps from a beautiful beach as well! The owner, Janita was a dream to work with.

The pictures don’t even do it justice. This home is so beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed and then some. Great communication with owner. Fun outside space too. Walking distance to restaurants etc but between the beach steps away and the comfort inside the house we didn’t even go anywhere else. Hope to stay again!

Beautiful large home a few steps from the beach

Wonderful place in a nice town with great restaurants very nearby. Very large home with everything you need to cook with a very large dining table with ocean views. The 3 full baths and 5 bedrooms, 3 which have king & queen beds were nice for 3 couples and each had our own bathroom with showers. Juanita is a wonderful host, very easy to reach, if needed. The family room has a big sectional and bar with Wi-Fi and lots of TV choices. Tons of room to roam and the beach is beautiful, even in October!

Perfect location....

We are 6 longtime friends who met many years ago in Boston. We reunion twice a year going back some 20+ years. This was a perfect location for our reunion this time to the place where it all began. Plenty of room, close to ocean and Boston proper, and wide open to relax, cook, play cards, watch TV and share together. Perfect for a family or groups of friends. Janita our host was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with online. Highly recommend for a trip to the Boston area.

Fantastic week!!

Everything was perfect! Plenty of room for parking which is rare in that area. Huge side yard, again rare. House was well kept, everything worked. Had an issue with a toilet that was resolved immediately. Communication was great and our week was full of sunshine, laughter and smiles. Couldn’t be happier. 10/10

Lovely Gathering Place

This house was a fantastic spot for our large family to gather. There was plenty to do in and around the house and everything was laid out for an easy check-in and check-out. It's easy to feel at home here. Janita was very accommodating when we made the reservation on short notice and always responsive during our stay. The grill and fire pit out back was a special treat.

Great Space

We were seven adults in town for a wedding! Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms were enough to accommodate us with no issues. Love the house, and the community and there's nothing as welcoming as a sunbathed beach right out your door. Janita was there for all our needs and we hope to visit again!
