HONEST REVIEW
Posted Jun. 1, 2022 on HotelsPLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!!

Hi Jonattan.
Thank you for your comments, however, we believe that they are not entirely correct. You see, our development is listed as one of the best places to rest in Mazatlan. Maybe that's why our neighbors across the street is a care home for the elderly. Maybe, if what you were looking for was noise and excited people, you were definitely not in the right place. The pool has daily maintenance to keep it clean and within our Villas we not only care about keeping it clean but our health certificate requires us to always keep it that way. Finally, as mentioned in our description, our office does not work 24 hours, but there are always security personnel available at all hours to help in whatever our guests require. To this day, we don't know what help you needed because you never asked for it, and we usually assume that every guest knows how to use a regular key to open a door, turn on a TV or use a microwave oven.
We look forward to serve you on another occasion.

The property at Isla Mazatlan residence is very comfortable and away from the main strip. If you are looking to relax and not be near too many people this is perfect. The marina view is beautiful. The villa we stayed in was spacious.

Bad check in

Very nice experience and good for young families
Posted Apr. 16, 2021 on HotelsVery big property. The pool and play gym was right outside our room which was wonderful for the kids. The property was a little old but very clean. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working downstairs, however the management helped rectify the situation. When traveling with animals and children, I definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Isla Mazatlán Residence Club

The staff - from the ladies in the office to the security at the gates, every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and very helpful. the units were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the dishwasher in one unit and the water heater in the other. Both issues were immediately addressed with a quick call to reception. The on site restaurant Las Tostaderia is fabulous! The food is delicious and they have live entertainment on the weekends. Definitely a place to visit. There are several other restaurants and night spots just a short walk across the marina bridge. The Italian restaurant, La Mona, is fun and has great food and drinks! One perk that we took advantage of, and highly recommend, was the use of the beach at the El Cid resort. Go early and plan to stay for the day. On the downside, and nothing that really draws away from property at all, just something a visitor should know in advance, the units are not on the "main road" and as such, unless you have a car, you need to make arrangements in advance for transportation around Mazatlan. Also the units were lacking in kitchen supplies, not a major problem just something to be aware of and easily remedied with a quick trip to Walmart. All and all, we had a wonderful vacation!
