"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Sofitel Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail truly stood out.
A special thank you to Mr. Fadul Ahmad at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. He made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. His kindness and attitude made a great first impression.
I would also like to recognize Mr. Salah and his team from housekeeping for his outstanding work. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. His dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to the overall quality of my stay.
The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff’s professionalism and genuine hospitality made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Sofitel Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay.
Thank you again to the entire team for such a pleasant experience—I look forward to returning!"
