The room, the hotel, and its surroundings were extremely dirty. And unattended. Dirty floors rags and towels in the bathroom, mold, dirt, and grime all over, eleveayor damaged, a complete disaster . Would like a rep to contact me so I can provide pictures . Honestly beleive I shouldnt have to pay, I left the permises on the first nigjt and didnt come back to it .

First, we couldn’t find the hotel called up the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Got there. The elevator took 15 minutes to go from floor six to floor. One had four channels on our TV and they were all snowy got locked out of a room for one hour and 20 minutes and no one helped but my husband Went down in the morning to explain what happened and we got a $20 resort fee credit horrible horrible horrible hotel

Staf was wonderful extra nice! However the motel overalls the motel itself was dirty , I had to wash my sheets they smelled like dirty hair. The good thing no bugs .

The room was filthy. They did not even make an attempt to mop the floors. The hotel has a nice location, but some paint and new carpets would go a long way.

This reminded me of the movie revenge of the nerds 2 when they hit that hotel in Miami Beach . They were really nice but the place was a dump . The elevator took like 10 minutes every time , not exaggerating! We took stairs most times . The sheets in the room were dirty I couldn’t believe they would give us a room with smelly sheets . That first night was horrific. Yes the beach is right there , we should have just slept on the sand . Not worth the money . Only thing positive I can say is the staff was very friendly.

Under Remodelling

The room itself was fairly nice. No complaints. A true minifridge instead of a wine fridge would have been nice, but it was better than nothing. The condo/hotel itself is fairly dated. Very slow elevator and stains on the carpet. The whole outside area is under construction and it was not clearly labelled how to enter the building. They are working on a pond and an outside area/garden. I think there's a lot of potential. But I'd start by clearly labelling the temporary entrance and mentioning in the listing. We thought the place was out of business when we fist arrived. Other than that, it's affordable ocean front property. I'd consider staying again for the right price. If you're on a budget & plan on spending more time at the beach than in the hotel - it'll work well.

Room had dust/hair all over the bathroom + bedroom yet claimed it was “cleaned”. Key cards constantly deactivating. Stains everywhere. EXTREMELY out dated . The elevator takes 6 mins to come down and 6 mins to go up . And last but not least…. Roaches . Enjoy :)
