Pictures look great on Expedia but felt like it’s been run down. We stayed in room 415 and while the bed and view was amazing however the shower completely sucks! The bathroom is definitely needing some major work.

My partner left her wallet in the safe and we have tried multiple times to get it back but we have not received a response. I’m guessing the cleaning staff found it and said nothing.

Location was great, but this place needs upgrading. The pool was not welcoming, no where to relax around pool. Just had dining tables around it. Lobby and elevators too old, no hot tub, long walk for beach chairs!

While the front desk was amazing, this hotel just lacks a lot of the essentials. We were warned by the noise based on the reviews by previous customers, it would have been ideal for the hotel to provide a pair of ear plugs at the minimum. There were three of us staying in one room and eventually ran out of toilet paper, we asked for one and never received it - thankfully there was a cart outside our room as housekeeping was around so we grabbed one from there. We also asked for an extra towel and we never received that either so we just didn’t bother asking again and just used the beach towel that we had from earlier in the day. The room we were in didn’t have very many mirrors and none outside of the bathroom which made it challenging to get ready (especially with three women sharing one room). A desk would have been nice as well. This hotel needs major improvement.

The property is not for families but for adults over 21. Our daughter could not use the pool because she was only 18. Very loud until 1:00am every morning. Unable to sleep and the rooms are so small you can barely turn around.

Great hotel for the middle of South Beach. The property feels worn out but was okay for a pre cruise stay. Love the proximity to Versace Mansion for dinner!

The hotel is in a great location on Ocean Drive. It’s definitely worn and basically no amenities. And if you stay in an ocean front room you get the pleasure of hearing (very loud) the night club until 2/3 am EVERY night.

Michelle and Carlos were excellent. I was a bit disappointed when we wanted to sit at the bar and was told if we didn’t order we could not sit there. It was upsetting because we were staying at the property. The rooms were very small , the toilets flush after the 3rd flush. Security came to our floor several times for unruly guest. The bicycles were a complete rusted mess but we still rode them. They need upgrading terribly. The diffuser in the lobby was very strong and got in my throat. We got stuck in the elevator it had to be fixed. This hotel is for young party kids. Season adults stay away they not like us 😊the most positive note was the Location. Hands down that can’t be beat !!!

Close to the beach is a plus, did not much enjoy the constant music when I wanted to rest but it was still a good option to stay in.

The property is in a good location at the heart of everything south beach. Access to beach chairs was good and towels provided. The seaview room was basic but had issues. The shower leaked, taps were difficult to shut off but the biggest issue was two adjoining doors to two other bedrooms and you could hear every sound so privacy was an issue - even difficult to take a call. Combine this will loud cleaners outside our doors at 8am in loud conversation and its a problem. Its an Ok party hotel but no frills at all.
