The main pool was closed and was never disclosed prior by Expedia and never disclosed by Fontainebleau during check in.

I’m from Fort Lauderdale and always wanted to stay at this hotel so when the opportunity presented itself I was elated. That excitement didn’t last long. There was nothing on Expedia that mentioned the main pool was doing renovations so unavailable. That wasn’t that bad because there were other pools. The major issue was the elevator in Tresor Tower. We were on the 35th floor and out of the 4 elevators only 1 was working and would only come down to pick us up if someone was coming down to the lobby. Do you have any idea how frustrating that is? When asked about it the response was maintenance is working on it, take the stairs! We were there 4 days, the issue never got resolved. At checkout I had to ask to be compensated and they gave me $100 credit that I used towards the bill which I still feel wasn’t enough. I never have to stay here again tbh.

Noisy, definitely a party scene that stays there. We were woken up at 5am when our neighbors got back in from clubbing one night, the next night it was 2am. Great pool scene, with a large beach area, larger than most due to the size of the hotel.

I loved the resort. However some of the amenities we paid for like the jetted pool in our room didn’t work. We called for maintenance, and no one came and fixed the issue. We didn’t receive any follow up from hotel management and upon check out we addressed the issue and nothing but an apology was offered
