Excellent experience here! Great room with a view of the city a beach. Hakkasan restaurant at the hotel was fantastic! Only minor issue was the elevators at Tresor tower were slow and often crowded.

The property was magnificent with many pool options as restaurants. Great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We had an issue at check in where they moved us out of our room and never told us and we had no luggage brought to us for over 2 hours. The luggage was brought to the other room and we were still in the room initially assigned to us. Poor communication. Be prepared to spend a lot of Money if you plan on eating there. A chicken salad at the pool was $47! We ate outside of the hotel as there are many great options at less Then half the cost.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Initially, we were given a room where the view was blocked by a palm tree, even though we had booked an 'ocean view' room. The bath towels had a sticky smell and were unclean. Overall, the stay was not worth the price we paid.

I felt really disappointed because the main pool was closed during my stay. I didn’t know about it until I arrived, and they didn’t offer any compensation for it. I’ll not use this hotel again.
