Beautiful property. The beach was stunning and so clean, the water was very clear. Pools are beautiful. The interior is also fantastic with lots of cute coffee spots. Very close to Main Street on South Beach. Brought our 2 kids and they had so much fun so definitely very family friendly despite it having a pool club and club LIV.

15 year anniversary trip was ruined. $87 daily parking fee. Mold in the shower. They shutdown the elevator for repairs and we were on the 27th floor. Unfriendly staff, perhaps due to the extreme humidity? The main pool was drained for repairs. Pool area was closed by 7pm. These are all things I would have wanted to know before booking my stay here. This was a total waste of money.

They originally put me in a room with no view, I wasn’t happy about it as I booked an ocean view room. They upgraded me to Tresor Tower with a balcony and one of the best views I’ve seen of the ocean and bay. However it’s right on Collins Ave so you will hear super cars all throughout the night.
