Overall, the hotel is rundown and the rooms and common areas need to be renovated. New paint, carpet and furniture would go a long way. Until then, they need to put an even greater emphasis on cleanliness. Our room had multiple cleanliness issues when we checked in. (Dirty toilet with poop on seat. Hair and snacks on the chairs. Blood spots on the sheets. Toe nails in the carpet next to the bed. Disgusting. I’d never stay here again. We also had a spa day here and were pretty disappointed to find that this spa was nothing like the one in Las Vegas. The only co-ed area is a pool so my wife and I didn’t get to spend time together as planned.

Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment.

Doesn’t meet expectations for the name. It is an architecturally and well designed hotel of course. But you can feel how old it is in the facilities and room. The fridge was full of old food when we arrived an we asked twice for it to be cleaned. The bathroom/shower amenities for both our rooms were old. The vent in one sounded like an airplane engine. The other smelled moldy. We paid for a cabana in the day club. There was no filtration on the day club pool. It was essentially Stillwater on the pool all day because it was not filled to the top to overflow into the filtration system. Everybody who entered the pool would give a look of discussed because with the sunscreen oils and lack of water filtration the pool is so murky and disgusting. Not at all worth the money. Aside from the front desk, the rest of the staff restaurants, shops and bar seemed very snooty in their approach. We got two rooms via Expedia. Expedia makes you think that the junior suite rooms are adjoined and you book it in one reservation. But actually after you pay you find out that they are two separate rooms and it creates two separate reservation #s. because of the layout of the hotel you cannot have two adjoining rooms of the same type either. Getting stuck between Expedia customer service and the hotel was a nightmare.
