room was not ready until after 5pm, the description of this hotel is misleading. It is not beachfront, you have access to the neighboring hotel across the street The Sagmore. It is extremely loud at night because it is next to a place that places music all night. Would not stay again.

Although this hotel was clean , overall it was rundown and in poor condition. We stayed in the King Grand Terrace room, the hotels signature rooms. There were cracks in the sink, furniture was chipped and shabby, the outside furniture stained and balcony door didn't lock. The room phone didn't work and despite reporting this twice still had to go down to reception when I needed the car or other amenities. There were paper cups for the coffee machine, very little storage space and the air conditioner dripped. We were also unaware before arrival that there were ongoing renovations taking place and the restaurant was closed , with the outside more like a building site.The hotel sign also did not light or work giving the appearance of an empty building. Overall very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Hotel lost power and service for the majority of my stay, hotel would not offer a refund for the stay that was given to guests who physically booked on site due to booking online, I would very much like my money back for the duration of my stay due to the lack of power.

My son was riding one of there bikes and it was taken from him by a homeless man. After I spoke with SJ the manager I was made to pay $1,000 for the bike. They wouldn't let me leave the hotel to make a police report was told that if i do a police report it makes it hard for there guest to ride there bikes because they dont have no way of knowing what bikes are stolen and that its Miami it happens all the time. Was also told that I had to pay $1,000 for the bike because they can't just buy 1 bike you have to cover the cost for the full order from where they order the bikes from which gives them 2 bikes. They also gave my family who was not staying at the hotel a key to my room without verification or my permission sooooooo unsafe. They dont have ice machines and the water they give you is always hot. Night time crew is rude. After sitting outside at the tables all day when the night shift came in they told us we had to move and couldn't sit there. Yeah worst vacation ever there and this was not my first time to Miami so no I didn't understand when she said this Miami it happens all the time.

The price paid was not commensurate with what we received. The website indicated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, we were told otherwise (no breakfast). We opted to have breakfast the next day, and the bill was exorbitant for a breakfast that was bland and cold. In short, if I had to go back, I wouldn't choose it.
