Upon booking room type . I was under the impression I would get a room with a balcony but didn't. This site is misleading and was a waste of money .

This hotel could be better than average but right now it’s not. Very very limited food service, no coffee in room, too many employees running around hotel/elevator, front desk always swamped, and cleanliness just not up to par. Location is ok if South Beach is your destination. But a shooting 1/2 mile from us and a double arrest in front of the hotel one (early) evening makes me never want to come back.
