The hotel is built as being an airport hotel the room felt like it was at the end of the runway, extremely noisy.

Conveniently close to the airport & transportation options with an additional cost. The issue was the attitude from the front desk clerk at checkout and the bathroom sink was clogged .

The room was not clean - the surfaces were not wiped off (sticky). Paint drips all over the floors. Refrigerator was dripping with water. Bathroom was unclean as well. The evening staff was pleasant and helpful. Morning staff was disinterested and unfriendly.

Not the best LaQuinta I’ve stayed.

I am a disabled veteran and have limited mobility. I requested a disabled room and I received exactly what I asked for. I must thank them for that! Not all hotels are able to provide these accommodations. However, there were some questionable things about the room, which were rather dissatisfied. First off, the room had no phone. Secondly, there were no accessible outlets to charge my electronic devices. Next, there was only one washcloth and zero hand towels. There was only one small bar of soap in the sink area, which was detached from the bathroom. There were no shower supplies in the walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable. I did sleep well. I was happy for that! Breakfast was not so great. It was carbohydrate laden waffles and over sugared yogurt. That was about it. The coffee was excellent. I must say. The automated checkout which they sent me through my phone did not work so I was forced to check out at the front counter. All in all an average to dismal stay. Some good some bad.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom maybe from another guest? Also they charged 25 extra dollars for having a service dog due to “cleaning services” required but the room wasn’t even clean when we walked in. Also, there might be some bed bugs as the next day we woke up with bug bites

The property was dated, there was only 1 nearby dishing option, the hotel overall was dingy. The morning staff was wonderful. The evening staff was not overly friendly or helpful.
