OCEAN FRONT-OCEAN DRIVE BEACH PAD

The Ocean Walk Condominium is a Historic Art Deco Property located on Ocean Drive in the quieter and more exclusive “South of Fifth” Neighborhood.

There are many Positive Reviews of this apartment over the past 10 years on other Vacation Rental Websites.

The Ocean Walk is one of the only reasonably priced, Direct Oceanfront Buildings between 1st and 15th Streets on Ocean Drive and available at a fraction of the cost of neighboring properties.

There is a very nice pool between the building and the beach and a Free Beach Pass for Beach Furniture on the beach. The apartment also provides Two Backpack Style Beach Chairs, Two Beach Towels, + One Beach Umbrella.

The Studio has a Kitchenette with a Full-Size Refrigerator, Combination Air Fryer/Toaster Oven; Microwave, Coffeemaker and most everything else needed for food and drink.

Pros: Very clean, great communication, easy access to the pool and the amazing beach with free chairs and umbrella, best location of all South Beach close to restaurants and more, free washing/drying machine on the floor, all amenities needed in the room and more.Cons: Room smaller than pictured, uncomfortable bed, no balcony, window hard to open, humidity in the room.

Pros: - room was very clean upon arrival - full size fridge, towels, smart tv, beach chairs - host was responsive - location is GREAT. Can walk to many places. - free washer & dryer on each floor Cons:- room gets very humid. The window doesn’t open.- no vent fan in bathroom & water pressure in the shower isn’t great. - washer & dryer units have a strong musty smell & have visible mold in the flaps. Just needs a good cleaning! Overall a great stay just needs a few updates!!

Communication was great. The rental was one room, quite small and clean. Lots of towels. i had everything I needed. No view and window did not open, but the location was fantastic. Steps to a relatively quiet part of Miami Beach. Lounge chairs were included which was a big plus. This unit is basic, but it is on the beach which is why I rented it. I would possibly rent it again.

Beach and Dining

This is a efficiency unit for an individual or couple looking to spend all their time at the beach! Bed, table, and kitchen are all in one small room. Private bathroom and a closet. We didn't need a car or Uber for our stay. All food was within walking distance. The beach is out the back door. We spent no time in the pool, so we can't rate that. Elevator waits were non-existent. Beach umbrella and chairs included at the beach were a great amenity. We also used the chairs provided in the closet for sunrise and sunset when the beach rental place wasn't open.If you're looking for no fuss accommodations with easy access to everything, this rental is great!

Perfect location

It takes 5 minutes to walk from the beach to the unit. The provided rental voucher for lounge chair and umbrella is a fantastic amenity. The unit was clean and as described with accurate pictures. The host was excellent with communication and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great little crash pad!

This is the perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep and shower so that you can spend your time at the beach or on the strip! It's clean and well maintained and most of all as a single woman traveling alone I felt safe! It's convenient to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. Everything looked just like the pictures in the listing, I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Miami!

Perfect South Beach Location

We were literally 30 seconds walk to the beach from the condo, it was amazing. Having the kitchenette was also perfect, food on South Beach itself was expensive; so having access to a grocery (about a 12 minute walk) made getting snacks and lunch for the beach easy. We came for our honeymoon, and were not disappointed.

Perfect for a Casual Beach Vacation

This little apartment, though quite small, had everything we needed for a short beach stay at an afordable price. The Studio was very thoughfully furnished and even included the use of two beach chaises and an umbrell at the water's edge. It was very well-maintained and the manager made things easy for us.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo pero lejos del ruido. Maravilloso estar al frente de la playa con acceso a camas y sombrilla de playa. Tiene una piscina muy buena. Las amenidades completas y en excelentes condiciones. La ducha pequeña pero con buena agua. La cama cómoda. Con una excelente comunicación con el encargado. Los pocos contras es que es pequeño y a pesar de haber un closet, casi no hay espacio para el equipaje, en realidad es fiel a las fotos. El edificio en general es viejo y cuando vas por el pasillo del elevador a la habitación, notas que el piso se hunde en ciertas partes, al punto que se separa de la pared y suena mucho al caminar. En la parte de abajo de la puerta de la habitación tiene un espacio en el que cabe una mano entera. En general es un buen lugar para quedarse por su ubicación y seguridad si es 1 o 2 personas, la comunicación con Lee es excelente.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Das Appartement hat eine top Lage am Ocean Drive. Nur wenige Meter von Strand und Trubel entfernt und doch sehr ruhig. Ziemlich kleines Apt. aber alles Nötige vorhanden. Sehr sauber.

Perfect for couple get away

This property was more than expected, the location being in wonderful proximity to everything you’d need in a South beach experience. We enjoyed the pool, and being so close to the beach. Will definitely come here again. Also Lee was great to communicate with!
