A very, very nice staff at the hotel (desk, bar, luggage). We are like "at home" with such a people !! But the hotel need some investments to keep the status of "a good hotel near the beach". We talk with others custumers from the hotel who came for rhe first time, and they didn't enjoy their stay because of this...

Nice hotel

The location was perfect for what we were doing and the hotel is charming. We did not get to the pool or amenities but we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great option for the price and the location

I was very happy with the San Juan especially for the price I paid. Its location is perfect. The room was large and very clean. My only complaint was that the thermostat in my room didn't work so I had to ask them to turn off the AC completely because it was too cold. But afterwards it was comfortable. Overall, I don't think there are better options on South Beach at this price point.

I liked that this hotel has a pool(not heated) a bar and cafe. They also provide 2 beach chairs and umbrella during your stay. The beach is a short walk across the street. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
