South Beach Studio Condo on the beach, 335 Ocean Drive, Art Deco area- Florida.

This condominium is located in the renovated Ocean Walk Condominium (formerly Ocean Walk Hotel) in the world-famous Art Deco District of South Beach. You are within walking/biking distance of all the excitement South Beach has to offer; restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and the famous Lincoln Rd., where you will find outside dining and entertainment, everything.
Our cozy, studio condominium has tile floors and cabinets with granite counter. We have a daybed with twin beds, (a pull out to make two twin beds together, purchased at Ikea) You will find our studio comfortable and very clean and newly painted and decorated. It has a pool with access to the beautiful beach.
The property sits directly on the beach (direct access). Rental-time periods range from short term (two days minimum) to long term (months), and rates are dependent upon time of year and rental duration. We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and State of Florida.
Parking information will be passed along when needed as you will need to log on to the city of Miami Beach web site to obtain a parking permit for zone 1. (I will assist you with it.). Parking fee for the day is $3.21,

Parfait !

Petit appartement idéalement placé au sud de Miami Beach. L'appartement est petit mais tout à fait fonctionnel pour un séjour de tourisme.Accès direct vers la plage avec un plus exceptionnel : la carte pour les transat et le parasol. Restaurants et bus a proximité. Bonsoir contacts avec les propriétaires. Parfait !

A week in miami

We had a lovely stay at this beach condo, perfectly situated in south beach. The beach acces and the chairs for free at the beach are a real asset. The hosts were very nice and quick to answer our questions during our stay. We recommend this place !

Perfect location

Very well localed in South beach. It’s a studio therefore not very big, but clean and everything needed is there. On the beach, and chairs and unbrella are Free. Linens and towels are new and good quality. Exchanges with Gary were easy and fast, and he was very helpful. Only thing we would have liked was a balcony, other than that it’s perfection for a short stay before a Cruise.

Wonderful stay!

Gary and his wife were the perfect hosts from the reservation on VRBO to our arrival. The studio was very clean upon our arrival. All you need for your stay is provided (beach chairs, noodles, beach towels,cooler bag, etc) The best advantage is the beach just a few steps away with umbrella and chairs for free. Losts of info also provided by the owners. The beds are very comfortable. With the nice weather, this was a perfect stay. Will go back for sure.

Miami vibe

La localisation de l'appartement est juste parfaite, à 5 min à pieds des points les plus fréquentés d'Ocean drive! L'appartement est très propre et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. La piscine est vraiment trouble et ne donne pas envie de s'y baigner mais la plage est accessible si facilement par un accès privé La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide et il répond pratiquement instantanément à nos questions. Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Easy access to the beach, 2 minutes walk from ocean drive's action. Perfect location. Multiple restaurants and bars nearby. Free access to chairs and umbrella on the beach is a big plus. Clean and safe property. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Great location

Took a quick 3 day staycation. Unit was located in a quiet area and was located near everything you needed. I highly recommend the LaPlaya market around the corner for hot Spanish food and some snacks or drinks. Reasonable and super friendly.

Great location - Great communication with owner.The room is small (which we knew) but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor negative point was the shower which in the morning didn’t have hot water… although seeing as Miami is so hot it wasn’t a major issue. Overall a great 2 night stay on South Beach. Honestly the location could not have been better

Love this place!!

Stayed here with my husband 2 nights before our cruise and we loved it. It's super clean and decorated so cute with a beach theme. AC is cold, bed is comfy, shower is big with great water pressure and it's super quiet. It's on the top floor so no one stomping around above you and we never heard people on either side of us.The TV has lots of different channels to watch. The location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach. Walk through the pool area, over a walking/bike trail and down the path to the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. They set everything up for you with a little table and the guys are really nice. We did give them a few bucks tip after they set it up for us. Watch for the iguanas around the pool and outside the gate. Some are huge and others are smaller and bright green. So cool! I was the dork taking pictures of them lol There is a place to wash your feet and shoes at the pool too when you come back from the beach. Definitely want to use that before going back to the room. There is a small market down the street and around the corner that has just about everything you would need. Even duct tape that we needed to repair a suitcase. And they make great sandwiches. There's also a beautiful park just steps away with a playground. Yes, it is small but it was just fine for my husband and I. For the price and location, this place can't be beat. We've already booked it again for next year.

Wonderful stay

We booked the cozy Condo the second time. Everything is great, the Check-in and parking is easy, the Beach acess with the chairs and umbrella inluded is perfect for beach days! We highly recommend und will book again :)

Great location and unit was very nice

We had a good stay despite some issues. The shower wasn't working and it didn't get resolved during our stay. I don't blame the owner of the unit because he had to deal with the building management and they apparently were not doing a good job, and poor communication with the owner and us.
