Charm in Little Havana
Sweet Spanish Colonial home in lovely older quiet neighborhood with Cubana vibe. Perfect location for visiting the music venues in Little Havana. Took coffee in the lush garden every morning. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Walking distance to Brickell, easy cab around Miami.

Christmas stay
We had a wonderful stay over Christmas in the duplex. This rental is the bottom floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The kitchen and family area were perfect for eating at home and resting a bit during our stay. The proprietor was kind and helpful during the entire process and very fast to reply to any questions. The house was clean, quiet and one block off of Calle Ocho. There is a grocery on the corner that is convenient to walk to. There are upstairs neighbors if that part of the property is also rented, but they have a separate entrance. The backyard area is shared. The location is very good, we visited the University, downtown, South Beach and the Everglades and it was all 15-20 minutes away (Everglades 30 minutes). We would definitely stay here again.
