"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

"This place is a very clean, with a lakeside view that makes your morning and evenings magical. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint would be the need to update their showers, the shower is a handheld shower and the small glass pain over the tub is unable to retain the water. Everytime while showering a puddle of water would leak onto the bathroom floor. "
