Our stay in your wonderful home on Lake Dora over exceeded our expectation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location could not be beat, everything that Mount Dora has to offer is just a quick walk from your house. Thank you also for all the necessary essentials like coffee, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry, and dish soap, etc.

Beautifully appointed, gorgeous views, everything and more!

Exceeded our expectations with comfortable accommodations, all the amenities we could need or desire, an easy check-in/out experience, and terrific communication with the owner. The location was superb! Everything about our stay was spectacular. We highly recommend it to small groups/families. We all hope to return!

First I'll give kudos to the cleaning staff. The apartments were both very clean! The upstairs apartment was just as it is depicted in the photos on the website, however, the downstairs apartment DEFINITELY was not shown on the website as it appears. The entrance was a rusty, gated door, and once inside, there was a musty odor. The walls of the bedrooms were in need of paint, as they were marked up and gave the appearance of being dumpy. The doors on the closets were in need of repair, and both bathrooms needed updating. We opened the windows to air out the apartment, but quickly closed them, as a multitude of dead bugs were inside the screens and came into the kitchen sink. This was not what we expected from the photos we saw, and the price for the downstairs apartment was not worth the money charged.

Great Place!

We came as a large group and rented the whole house. The location is perfect, easy walk to downtown. The dock is nice and the view from the porch is a perfect coffee spot! The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions.

Mount Dora Father's Day Family Fun

The LakeDorable Whole House vacation rental is honestly perfect for a large family vacation. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Lots of comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The owners were kind and quickly responded to our questions. We plan on staying here again because the location is just perfect for family fun.

Amazing location

Beautiful lot on the water. Watch the sunsets from Your back patio, upper deck or boathouse and walk out the front door to see Pisces rising. Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was in good condition. The boat was fantastic. I would recommend renting that as well. The only knock on the property is we would consider it a four bedroom not a five as the upstairs where the two twin beds are is not really private. Other than that exceeded our expectations.

Can't Control All Things

We stayed from Thursday night through Sunday in December. Loved the upstairs unit and the down stairs unit was sufficent. The boat dock was very nice when it wasn't raining for us to sit out on with the firepit. The kids loved the deck on the second floor and the Christmas decorations were a very nice touch including a real tree on the deck. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating and kept blowing over the tree, knocked out the power and my family of 15 made the best of it. Great location for Christmas decorations and getting into downtown. The restaurants close to us were fantastic and we had dinner at Pisces Rising, Las Palmas and Back Porch Pizza Bar was the BEST!! Our Property manager was excellent with us even dealing with no power for several hours. Only degative was the steepness of the driveway for children or elderly can be slippery and steep. Is an oversized drive though compared to most around us. Would stay again for sure!!

Lots of fun with water and Sun

Work in progress. Trim work needs to be done both units. Broom's dustpans mops and buckets to clean up message. Door locks need fixing. Location could not be better. Don't get me wrong happy with the property happy with the manager very friendly. There were outdoor lights and security cameras just hanging by wires. More shower Hooks and washcloth hooks in the bathrooms again I realize it's been a short time since this project well started these are just suggestions. I definitely would come back if I find the need.

The house was perfect and location was fabulous! Walking distance to everything! Booked boat last minute and owners were more than accommodating with boat reservation. Really was a perfect weekend!!
