We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came in to clean, emtpy trash or anything. Even after we stopped at the dest to request trash cans be cleaned and extra soap and shampoo was needed. Desk clerk was uncaring, bordering rude when this request was made.

Didn’t get greeted for close to 10 min. Had hair in the bathtub and a ball of hair on the bathroom floor. The room didn’t seem clean. Almost talked to the front desk but when I returned to do so again nobody was up front. The next morning there was a young girl working who really seemed like she could care less. I travel a lot and we stay in the area for sports a lot. Bummed it didn’t work out.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I enjoyed having the water and coffee station available in the lobby area. The hotel could use some upgrading but overall we would stay there again. The price is good. Thank you.

The outside needs a good wash, some parts of the frame on the windows On the bottom part is coming off. Our air conditioner didn't work, I opened the window but didn't have a screen. There was hair stuck to the shower wall. The door to come in and out of the building on the East side stayed stuck opened, I closed it a couple of times but when I went out and came back it was opened again. Room did not get clean, there is a notice at the front desk but was not advised by the receptionist.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The lobby was dingy and unclean, but the room was disgusting. Very dirty, with broken and stained furniture, hairs on the sheets, holes in walls, floors, and ceiling, exposed wires, cupboards were sticky and had crumbs and possibly mouse poop. We did not stay. Receptionist would not allow me to speak with a manager and would not reimburse.

The double queen room is very comfortable and large😍. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby makes lattes that taste great! It’s also very quiet. Very happy with this hotel!

Lost one of our two room reservations, but did manage to find us another room. Our room had numerous stains and wear in the carpet. The gutters were torn off the building outside our window so water was always cascading onto the sidewalk below. Breakfast was good and hot as the coffee. I was surprised as to how many migrants seemed to be housed in the hotel.

It was okay in decor and cleanliness but since it wasn't the cheapest it expected better. Coffee in lobby didn't work, and coffee machine in room had poor supply of coffee inserts, creamer and sweetner. Worst issue was ambulance chasers dream. Carpet trim betweem room and bath had trim screws 10-12mm exposed and could have easily drawn blood on bare feet. Breakfast was plentiful but not appetizing in appearance or taste.
