This hotel worked out for us. The room was clean and we had a nice balcony (which was too cold to use when we were there). The lobby worked well for us as we were there with visiting family and the lobby gave us a location to chat and spend time together. The area outside the hotel was a little sketchy as it seems some homeless people like to hand out all day in the square close by. The breakfast was not included in our package, so we don't know what it was like. The location of the hotel was very good. Just at the edge of the walking street directly to the main square. There was a grocery store close by which made making food/drink purchases easy.

Stayed here for a week with my son…no issues awesome location. The train is almost outside the hotel that will take u back and forth from the main areas in the city, including the arena if you’re a soccer fan. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy and seen numerous people that had passed out laying nearby but overall never felt in danger… staff is great and the rooms are old but warm. Over a decent place with food nearby but understand you are paying less so expect less….this isn’t more than a 2-3 star hotel.

For the price paid, this was a really good stay in the very center of Munich. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews, however, although there were small cleanliness issues and a few parts of my room in need of repair, generally it was a really good stay and for the same price again I would definitely stay there. The hotel is super central right next to the Sendlinger Tor underground station and the hotel is on a road, which is hardly used. If you have a room at the rear, which backs onto a courtyard, be aware there are large bottle bins, which on my occasion were being wheeled around just after 6am!

Clean, comfortable, very reasonably priced hotel in central Munich. Great location literally a one minute walk to the Sendlinger Tor U/S Bahn station with a couple of tram lines at street level, and a ten minute walk to Marienplatz.

The Christkindlmarkt was only a few steps from this hotel with lots of museums nearby. The staff were friendly and the accommodations simple but clean. The price was very reasonable given the great location.

This hotel was very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and nightlife. The room wasn't dirty, but it was below average. My bed was not very comfortable, and the TV had poor channel selection, and intermittent picture on some channels. This hotel is in a noisy area. I stayed on a Saturday night and I could hear club music very early into Sunday morning, The staff was friendly, but they would not allow an early check in (I arrived 12:30, check-in was 15:00). I rate the experience ~2.8 stars out of 5.

Would not stay here again - hotel So dirty (carpet was disgusting). Elevator didn't work. NO PARKING available in hotel even though they claim there is. We picked this place because it said it had hotel parking, but there was "no room" for three days there. Who are they letting park there?? TERRIBLE.
