Your perfect ocean front getaway only a few steps from the water.

With this 2bed/1ba condo, we can host 4 guests. Kitchen w/ stove, refrigerator and microwave for those in home meals before heading out for the day.

Access to a family friendly resort next door with a pool, lazy river and splash zone included in your stay. On site parking included. Only 13 minutes up the coast to Family Kingdom Amusement Park.

Visit the golf capital of the world, home to over 80 award winning courses.
The space
This updated, well-maintained unit will make a perfect beach getaway for yourself right at the beach. Fully updated, tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and no carpet - all tile and LVP flooring throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, granite counters, and upgraded cabinets. Upgraded bathroom with beautiful vanity and tile work.

Age requirement:

The ideal guest is responsible and mature. They will respect our house, our house rules, and most importantly, our neighbors. You must be 25 or older to book with us.

The Main Room:

The main living area has a queen bed and a love seat which can be used to sleep a 5th person if needed. Extra sheets and pillows are available in the bedroom closet. The room has a wall mounted TV with basic cable. An island with bar stools and place settings for any quick and easy meals in-room.

The Rooms:

There is one full bathroom in the condo supplied with toiletries, towels and a hair dryer.

Bedroom:

A queen bed , TV and plenty of room to store your clothes either in dresser drawers or a roomy closet. Hangers will be available in the closet for you. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets will be here as well. A wall mounted TV with basic cable is available for you.

Kitchen:

Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking pots and pans, serving utensils, dishes and silverware as well complimentary coffee, sugar and powdered creamer. We have basic spices to assist with your meal prep.

Pets:

There are pets allowed. Pet fee is $100. An additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged for bringing any undeclared pets.

Smoking:

There is no smoking allowed inside the condo. An additional $350 cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking inside the property.

Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony as long as the door remains closed.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo during the stay.
Other things to note
Caravelle Tower has an indoor and outdoor pool and next door at Caravelle Resort you have more amenities to enjoy including a lazy river, kiddie pool, fitness center, game room, pool bar/grill, restaurant, and ice cream shop!

If you have children, please let us know so we can accommodate their needs.

The condo is on the second floor two levels above the provided parking level. Elevators are available for your easy access.

Upon check-in, we have a simple form to be signed regarding house rules.

We really enjoyed the location and easy beach access as well as the pool at the resort next door. The floors were very dirty with sand and dirt and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned super thoroughly. There were a couple bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. The cleaning lady was on site, and very nice although she came into our room before the 10am checkout time. Owners had great communication and were accommodating.

Room was clean and perfect for our stay. The only negative issue was the cockroaches that were apparently known but not disclosed. Also, at checkout day I received an email rather than a text with instructions which I did not read until hours after we left. We had a great time, thank you!!

Beach Condo Rental

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The condo was great and as pictured. It was a close walk to the beach and was a convenient distance from shops or restraunts. The hosts and property manager were very welcoming and available for questions! I would stay here again.
