Very nice my family loved everything about it. I was over changed but they fixed it and made it right. Had issues with adding for towels for room of 7 people but the manger was awesome brought towels up herself play extras. Would definitely go back.

Kids loved the water slides and pools. Beach was nice. Good location. Views from balcony were beautiful. Rooms were dingy and dirty. On the last night we saw a cockroach. Did not feel clean at all, making the stay a bit uncomfortable. Having to pay for parking was frustrating. No one came by for trash or to bring towels. Limited bathrooms by pool. Fun for kids but not sure we’d return.

Everything was good except we spent money at the grab and go multiple times and the last day noticed it said you're supposed to get a gift card for the arcade every time you bought a grande Starbucks coffee or spent more than $20 was kind of bummed out I paid for the arcade every time when they could have been giving me those and when I asked about it they said oh lots of people don't want them so we don't ask feel like I missed out on 30 bucks and one time we ordered on the app for pickup and I got charged the service fee which wasn't clearly noted I would have just ordered it downstairs if I knew there was a service charge even though it wasn't delivered to our room besides that it was a good experience

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms, the view, the things to do. The downfall was the elevators were so slow and the parking garage was a nightmare. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay
