Don’t be fooled by one of the older resort buildings on the beach. Many resorts were built in the 60’s and 70’s and try to look newer. Not this one ! The Boardwalk Resort was constructed in 2002 and is one of the newer resorts on the beach. The resort also lacks the zoo-like feel of other overcrowded resorts. This resort has 150 suites (compared to 300-400) so you will never fell squeezed out using our amenities

Our location is perfect ….within walking distance to the boardwalk but not too close to the core which can be a little loud during the popular months. There are numerous restaurants, shops within walking distance, including a Starbucks, 4 minutes away by foot.

You will love our grounds and pool area which features 2 pools, including one protected from the rain. You can also relax in our large lazy river, kiddie pool or 2 hot tubs. The best feature may be the huge lawn overlooking the ocean with a ton of lounge chairs to bask in the Grand Strand sun. We are direct oceanfront so you can walk directly from our lawn to the beach. You are just steps away from the Atlantic ocean

This is a true one bedroom condo, not a “studio” unit. The living area, kitchen and bedroom are all separated by doors for privacy when needed. The bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a 50” flatscreen TV and ample drawer space. The bathroom boasts a full size jetted tub (which is a rare find) for complete relaxing message. The living room includes all new furniture, a huge 65” wall mounted TV , a 4 person gathering table, and a Murphy bed, The condo features laminate flooring. Step out from the living room to your private balcony with stunning 180 degrees views. Our kitchen contains everything you will need including pots, pans, flatware, eating and cooking utensils, coffeemakers, toaster, and blender. We provide a 4 burner stove with oven and a microwave. The refrigerator
is full size.

And a word about beds. We have found over the years that nobody enjoys their vacation if they do not sleep well. Our queen size beds contain 10" memory foam mattresses. We change our mattresses at the first sign of wear. You will sleep VERY well. The mattresses are supported by an articulating base which is motor driven to allow you adjust your back angle when you feel like reading or watching TV. And we provide another 50" TV in the bedroom.
