Amazing

My family of 7 has an amazing time. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pools, lazy river and waterpark. Top floor was perfect as that's what we prefer. Next time, we'll definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for having us.

The condo was perfect and just as described. The view was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the property appeared well maintained and we had a great weekend. There were just a couple of minor issues. While the condo initially looked clean, we did find a take-out container under the TV stand, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, we were told the entry code would be sent at check-in time (4:00 PM), but we didn’t receive it and had to contact the property manager at 4:30 while waiting outside with our luggage. One small suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen essentials, such as hot pads or oven mitts, as there was nothing available to safely remove dishes from the oven.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but addressing these small details would make the experience even better.

8/10 Good

Overall, our experience was good. It was a good location and the kids loved the resort amenities. Unfortunately initially getting into the room was not good. Checking in at the resort was fine but the door lock code I was supposed to receive at 4 PM sharp never came through. It was over 90 and I sat outside the room with my wife and children with my bags waiting to get in. It wasn’t until almost an hour later I got a response stating that my identity was not confirmed, and I had to email pictures of myself, my license, my credit card. It was very bizarre, especially because I already did the identity confirmation process months before and was told that I was good to go. Up to that point I had no problem contacting the host, very pleasant to deal with and very fast replies, I was truly impressed, but when I needed to talk to someone, the most, I could not get anyone to respond to me or pick up the phone. Otherwise, as I said, the room was fine, it wasn’t sparkling clean, the pullout sofa had crumbs inside it, and the Murphy bed had a layer of dust as well as the top of the refrigerator. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with the location or the room itself, just triple check your identity confirmation before you get there because that is not the way you want to start a vacation.

2/10 Terrible

Room was disgusting. Saw many roaches everywhere/floors were nasty even on arrival. Random hair everywhere, dust/dirt etc. no cleaning service and nothing left to clean with. No dustpan/vacuum/cleaning products etc. 1 trash bag for a 4 night stay. was missing sheets/pillows for a bed and took a lot of texting and arguing to get them. Was told I’d be able to cook there and arrived with several small hungry children at 8pm with grocery store food and not even a baking tray for pizza/nuggets for the oven available. The pull out bed was ridiculously bent and about 2 inches thick. Even the kids could not sleep on it. Found random toys and items different places left by the last people. There’s a clauseof almost 100 things after you reserve including that they aren’t responsible for bedbugs or other issues. Disgusting place. Won’t be back. They also tell you that they delete any reviews that aren’t 4 stars or more and if they are negative so they tip the scales for people looking for reviews
