When we arrived at the condo and it had not been cleaned. Upon reaching out to the owner we were told the cleaning crew could come the next day to clean but as for that night a friend would come and open the linen closet and get us sheets. We ended up making all the beds ourselves as we had a large group and we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as the last guests had left it very dirty. Every dish was used and left in the sink and dish washer as well so we had to clean them 1st thing. The cleaning crew did however come the next morning and did a fine job cleaning. Next thing we developed a leak in the kitchen. The maintenance crew came and found that it was caused from the ac freezing up on the last guests. This part would be out of the owners hands and I would be unbothered had he at least offered a small discount but after reaching out and receiving no response from the owner Iâm assuming we arenât going to be discounted at all even though we paid full price for the clean that we had to pretty much do ourselves. We made the best of our vacation but from someone who owns a cleaning business this is not how I wanted to spend my vacation.
