Annual Golf Tourney Outing

Process was easy and affordable. Great location as we played 5 different golf courses. This downstairs unit with great parking is exactly what we needed. Will go and stay here again.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa! It was very comfortable, the furnishings and decor were beautiful, and having a pool so closely located (30 second walk) was fantastic! The owners right on top of all communications with me whenever I had questions...up to and including our time spent here. This is a wonderful villa to stay at and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Nice place to rent for golf trip. Close to golf courses and area restaurants. A few upgrades in the kitchen, bedroom furniture and water pressure in the main shower are needed, but overall, we were pleased with our stay. We would rent it again.

We have loved our stay in the condo of JB. Everything was as expected. It was clean, quiet, with view on the golf. JB was responsive quickly when needed. We would come back in this condo if we return in Myrtle Beach.

Great Villa

We stayed at this villa while at the Cal Ripken Experience baseball tournament. Location to fields is excellent and the comfort and decor of this unit is exceptional. It was clean and well maintained. The owners made us feel completely welcome and made our week vacation very comfortable and easy. Would highly recommend this unit.

Home away from home, with no Snow!!

The location could not be better, ground level with a patio looking out to the golf course. Having a washer and dry was a bonus. Bike/walking path right out the door. It was very easy to get ahold of JB, property manager and he was very helpful. We would stay here again." Conveniently located to golf courses, ocean, grocery shopping and plenty of restaurant options. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back! GREAT VACATION!

The condo is very nice--such a great decor throughout. It has definitely been well maintained. Its location is also convenient to the many attractions in Myrtle Beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but I would like to mention that the convertible beds when used as kings are somewhat uncomfortable in the center of the bed. I'm not exactly sure how you could remedy that problem, but you might want to give it some consideration. Our family had a great time while visiting Myrtle. We really don't want to go home! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your condo.

We had a awesome stay at this wonderful vacation condo. From the moment that we opened the door we were more than pleased with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. It felt like a very comfortable home away from home for our three day stay. It was so well equipped. The owners are great! They were very responsive to all my questions and got us booked very quickly. It was easily accessible on the ground floor close to the parking lot. The location was so convenient, very close to so many activities. I will recommend it to all my family and friends. We will be reserving this condo every time we visit Myrtle Beach. Thanks so much!

Cozy little villa with a great location!

We rented this property with my 2 senior parents, and our 3 kids (ages 11 months, 9, and 11 years old). This location was was centrally located to "everything" someone could be in town for: restaurants, food & grocery, downtown attractions, the beach/boardwalk, shops, etc. The property itself is decorated very cute with cozy beachy accents, only many of the appliances are outdated and can use some updating. The pillows and comforters could be a bit more comfortable for sleeping with, but beds are overall comfortable. There is a nice clean pool and BBQ just steps away from the unit and we all enjoyed that, too.

Great location

This condo is located about 2 miles from the beach, about 1 mile from the boardwalk, restaurants, and entertainment. Unfortunately you cannot use of of the indoor pools, gym or shuttle to beach since this is a private owned villa. Although there are bands to use the outdoor pools ONLY. Overall the condo was nice however, it was not as clean as expected and we did spend 1.5 hours cleaning upon arrival as the cleaning crew missed a lot of grime, including most of the dishes, pots and pans! The kitchen was sparse of useful every day items; dining table was dirty along with dirty stained old placemats (we had to buy our own) carpets were stained and worn, there was NO king bed as mentioned, it happened to be twins pushed together (uncomfortable). POSITIVES: it's on the first floor, we liked the coded door lock instead of tracking a key, parking was close, unit was very quiet, unit was large and spacious with large washer and dryer. The Harmons were wonderful to deal with and complied with any issues we had. Good stay. I would recommend this to anybody as long as the cleaning of the apartment was taken up a notch!
