Great staff and great location just 50 steps from the beach. Was on vacation with two other couples and each of our rooms could have been mantained better, but they were working on this issue. The staff and the location made up for the minor cosmetic fixes, light not working, and phone not working.

Great views and beach! Staff very friendly and food was good. The room was not as pictured, was on the older and musty side and bathroom walls needed cleaning or coat of paint. All in all, would probably return since beach and staff were great

Fine but don't set expectations too high

The property is not at its best but used to be a nice place to stay. We requested to move from the first room because the deadbolt didn't work and chain was broken. The next room was safer but the tub had some kind of gray scratches or substance in it but it was okay. The staff is SO nice though, can't say enough good about them. Overall the property is fine but don't set the bar too high.

Horrible!! overpriced-moldy shower curtains-old room-uncomfortable bed-u friendly workers-except for the waitress at breakfast-breakfast was 50$ for fake eggs-frozen potatoes and old fruit-we had mimosas those were good!! Don’t waste your money-the only good thing is location.

Our room had a terrible smell after we showered, I can only guess it was due to the sewer. Room was a lot smaller pictured but other than that we had a pleasant stay, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was in a great location. Right on the beach. Super safe and quiet. The floor in our room was dirty and the shower curtain we had replaced. Other then that the place was perfect!

My husband and I spent a week here for my birthday celebration. Very relaxing and pretty there! Staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was very good at both. Issue with room was addressed immediately and fixed. Room was comfortable and view was great!

Was happy to find a spacious, clean and well appointed room for the three of us ladies. We were so busy with the beach and the pool we never had the big screen tv turned on! Restaurant on site was excellent as was the service. We hope to be repeat customers!

Old style Litchfield Inn. Quaint and Quiet.

Location location Location. This place is in a great place in town. Close to everything convenient. Pawley’s island is incredible. This property is very nice. The property is old and is a bit tired. It does need updating, but it appears they are working on that.

The staff and cleanliness were mid at best. The location from the room to the pool/beach was so close and convenient that it made up for other shortcomings. If you don’t have high expectations for room accommodations but want to be ON the beach. This will work for you. The location couldn’t be better!
