Creekside Calm by the Flowing Creek Condo B

Welcome to the Creekside Condo by the Sea, located at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. This ocean front resort is situated along the shores of Craig Bay which features great beach-combing, sea kayaking, mountain views, and is surrounded by the beauty of west coast nature. This is a dog friendly condo, close to many walking trails.

One well behaved dog is welcome per group. As per strata policy, the dog must not be higher than 22 inches at the shoulder ($150 Pet Fee).

Creekside by the Sea Suite B. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

The studio suite is designed in the (hotel room style) with king bed, love seat sofa (pull-out double bed) coffee station, mini fridge, 2-seat dining bistro table, smart tv, luggage rack, tub and only steps from the beach.
Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The suite has a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a mini fridge for a quick meal. The suite does not include a kitchen, bar sink, or separate living spaces.

Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 2 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

If you are looking for accommodate up to 8 people,
Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed and pull out couch with a queen mattress. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Please contact us for more details.

210 B is located on the 1st floor (bottom level) of the Creekside Building.

Suite 210 B has a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out

Guests will recieve a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite.

The parkade located across from the Creekside building; parking is free there is no assigned parking. Oversize parking is located in the gravel parking lot at the entrance of the Resort.

Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

210 B is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.

Pacific Shores Resort is located in Nanoose Bay; a west coast neighbourhood surrounded by the Salish Sea. Enjoy exploring the beaches, walking trails and the sea wall accessible from the resort. Nearby you can enjoy dining, shopping, farmers markets, festivals, galleries, museums, live theatre, musical performances, Indigenous cultural experiences, fishing, whale watching, snow skiing, and bungy jumping. The Fairwinds golf course offers an award winning, water front golfing experience and is open year round. The Seascape restaurant at the Schooner Cove Marina is open for lunch, brunch, dinner and boasts spectacular water front views. Blue Moon restaurant is on site for delicious meals and take out.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don`t leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

When checking-out, please remember to,

- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the coffee maker.
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix account.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Heidi was always very available. The amenities were great. For us it was the outdoor grills and the gym. My favorite was the amazing path along the water, just steps behind our place. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Better than advertised!

We've been to Pacific Shores many times, staying in a few different suites in this building, and this one was great. They've actually renovated the suite a bit and updated the decor, so it looks fresher and brighter now than in the pictures.

We loved the location and amenities. Awesome to have kayaks and paddleboards to use on the beautiful bay. Indoor pool was great but shower stall looked moldy The room was small but functional. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the sliding doors to outside. We didn’t like that the room was very dark and our outside space was very small. Very little natural light had to have lights on inside all day.

Bad Management

We rented on a trip to island to support a grandchild and family's celebration of their grad. We wanted clean simple basic. We got a ineptly managed room. No electricity for most recepticles for forst 24 hours. including the 8 hour delay (8AM-4PM, getting a breaker reset so most receptacles incl the ones for CPAP TV, coffee maker could be used. and only after our reminder on the return to the unit after a long day. According to staff the power had been out for previous occupant and had never been reset (breaker panel in next unit). Sink and tub didn't drain and because of the power outage; the floor was wet from ice in mini fridge melted, soaking the carpet across the bottom of the bed. No attempt was made to sop it up by staff. Also obvious drawer pulled apart. This episode is clear indication of a badly managed complex. Heidi, our contact was polite but didn't seem to care, based on what action she mobilized. She didn't offer assurance any of these concerns would be sorted out. We asked that she refund the $75 cleaning fee and haven't heard from her since we left, apart from her request for a top (straight 5's) Rating.
