The AC in our room didn’t work and when we tried to make the issue known to the office it took over 2 hours for them to fix the issue and then at 9pm we had to change rooms after we had unpacked, showered and got our toddler calmed down. Due to having to move rooms exciting him, we didn’t get to sleep late. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There was blood in the elevator, and when I informed the front desk, I was told it would be cleaned, but it remained there the following day. The sink had a brown stain around the faucet, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The air conditioner/heater power button did not function, so the unit had to remain on continuously. The bed itself was clean, which was a positive. However, the hotel is clearly older and in need of remodeling. The elevators felt shaky and worn, adding to the overall impression of poor maintenance. In summary, aside from the clean bed, the hotel showed several maintenance and cleanliness issues that negatively affected the stay.
