Escape to this magnificently decorated 3 BR/3BA home that comfortably sleeps 10 guests in a very spacious layout. 12 mins drive to Broadway($11 Uber), .5 miles(3 mins from 14TENN, Walking distance to over 15 restaurants, 6 breweries, and a growing list of boutiques! Onsite free parking for one car in our alley garageport and free street parking for other cars. Interior designed by Ginny Pope of OAK.

The home is laid out to provide ample room for lounging, cooking and dining, watching a game on one of our 3 HD TVs with cable, and of course having an incredible night of sleep in one of our amazing beds!

The house was perfect for us parents and the grandparents for my daughter’s wedding. The house itself was beautiful and the location was perfect! Only problem was the ice maker not working but we were able to get by with the ice tray in the freezer. We would definitely recommend this house.

Great location and very comfortable stay

Our family rendezvoused in Nashville for Christmas and this beautiful home had everything we could need and ask for in a home rental. The home was very clean with no weird smells or odors, which is so common in rental properties. The owner was accessible and responded quickly for the couple of questions we had about the area. About the area, it's a great location and convenient to a LOT. Easily walkable and plenty of food/drink/playgrounds nearby. We cooked a lot of meals and were able to do so easily with plenty of pans/utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in West Nashville

The property was great, well stocked with comfortable beds and nice linens. You can walk to many restaurants, brewery, and distillery and only a short drive/uber to downtown Nashville. The host was prompt with responding to all my questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again!

I Perfect Nashville house

We visited my sister who lives there and it was a great place to stay in the Nations. Check in was so easy and it was a great place! Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is if you have a big SUV you can’t fit your car in the garage carport

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and big enough to spread out so everyone had their own space. It was comfortable and clean throughout. The backyard and patio were cute and a nice play to sit coming in through the carport.
