Fun Getaway 25 mins North of Nashville

Welcome to the newest addition in our collection of homes in the Nashville area. This home is located 30 minutes North of downtown Nashville & is tucked away in a quiet community. Nestled in a cul-de-sac with just a few neighbors and some lovely woodlands, it is a very peaceful spot.
With an abundance of sleeping arrangements, this home makes a great place for family gatherings and multi-family meet ups.
Enjoy sitting on the back deck or playing games in the basement area of this cozy property.

The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed along with an en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower and spacious walk-in closet.
The secondary bedrooms feature full sized beds and access to a full bathroom in the corridor.
Additional rooms on this floor include a laundry area with washer and dryer. A spacious kitchen equipped with everything you`ll need for your stay. A lovely living room with space for 7 to sit around the fireplace or infront of the the TV. A breakfast room with seating for 6. A dining room with seating for 6, and access to the rear deck that features an outdoor dining table for 6 along with additional seating for 5 more to gather around with coffee or a glass of wine.

Downstairs includes the following layout for your use -

Bedroom #4 with a queen bed
Bedroom #5 with a queen bed
Bedroom #6 has 2 full sized lower bunks with 2 single sized upper bunks
Bedroom #7 has 2 full sized lower bunks with 2 single sized upper bunks
2.5 full bathrooms are located on this level and serve these additional bedrooms.
The main living area on this floor is a wide open space with comfortable seating around a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a Mural to take some holiday snapshots infront of!
Finally there is a games room featuring an arcade machine and a multi-functional games table including foosball and mini-pool.

It is a cozy neighborhood and the home is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac. There are a couple of neighbors so we do ask that noise levels are respected at all times and to honor quiet hours between 9pm and 8am too.

Nice house just needs a good deep clean. Floors turn your socks black and the furniture is wore out. 2 chairs in the living room are pull apart and the couch downstairs has a rip in it. Mattresses were not great. Everyone complained about those. Otherwise a very nice home and a quiet neighborhood

This is an outstanding place to hold a family reunion. Ample space to spread out. A rec room to entertain people of all ages. Beautiful deck overlooking the backyard. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Family Vacation

First impression wasn’t great. The outdoors needed some maintenance. Very impressed with the interior. Was very roomy for our family with a great back deck. Drains to showers needed some work as well as back stoppers on doors. I would recommend for any large group looking to stay outside of Nashville. Booking process was easy and the owner was very kind and let us check in early. Would book again.

The house was very clean. Good area. Had everything you needed for shopping, and restaurants.

Just a few things need attention. Needs more serving and storage bowels. One chair in living room needs to be replaced and TV trays also It was so nice sitting on the back deck seen lots of birds, squirrels and deer. We would rent it again if we are in the area.

College friends reunion

Great place to stay! Everything was very nice, and very clean. No big issues but the tiny ones would be: Kitchen could use measring cups and spoons, and an additional mixing bowl or two. Some bedrooms had no mirrors. Some bathrooms could use a towel hook or bar by shower, not just on back of bathroom doors.
