Traveling with elderly parent. Booked a handicapped room . From check in to check out, very happy with staff, facility, room, services, parking. Breakfast bar was probably one of the best in a long time, lots to choose from, and probably the best oatmeal bar I've encountered while traveling. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. There is plenty of parking. All in all, it was a nice stay. Our only complaint was that housekeeping refused to provide us with an appropriate amount of towels. There were 5 of us and 4 towels on arrival. There was nowhere in our room to hang towels to dry out before being reused. We asked for more and were given two. When asked for more we were told no. Then we had a knock on the door and our housekeeper pushed past my husband, looked around our room, and then allotted us one more towel. So, 7 towels for two nights for 5 people.

Staff wasn’t super friendly and I always hope for that when I am in “the South”. Breakfast hours are just one hour too short. Lots of stains on the carpet in our room and throughout hallways. Otherwise was nice. Had a suite so it was spacious and quiet and beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure but the shelf in the shower was falling off and didn’t hold anything. All in all was a decent stay.

Our stay was perfect. My only complaint is that this hotel has a 2AM cutoff do check in and this information was not provided until after I reserved the room. Based on our travel schedule, we almost missed out on a fully paid nonrefundable reservation. This information should be shared in the hotel information section in hotels.com.

The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. 2 waffle makers and juice coffee and hot tea as well as cereal, bagels and pastries. Nice onsite parking garage and its off street and very secure. Friendly staff and very clean.

disappointing that the pool was closed, took my daughter for her 5th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the zoo and swim) booked this hotel under the impression the facilities were working properly to find out the pool area was under maintenance, call before you book if you are like me and have multiple children booking this hotel for the pool!!- despite that I will add the rooms were well maintained.

Free and accessible parking along with included breakfast was really nice and convenient! We had a really nice stay! The facility was extremely clean! I do wish there had been a list of times for the hotel’s operations and/or channels for the TV in the room, but that’s being picky.
