Worth staying again

Everything was great. Family enjoyed it. I mentioned the scale wasn’t working in the work out room and the front desk told me the batteries weren’t working. They knew. So why leave a broken scale?! It was a really cheap one to replace. Pool was warm. Lock didn’t work on our bathroom door but otherwise room was great.

We chose this hotel because parking was free and everything downtown Nashville charged for parking. Loved everything about our stay including the location. Glad we stayed a little outside of Nashville where it’s not as congested.

The hotel over all was nice, the staff was nice the parking garage was convenient. Located right off the highway but not too noisy. The room could have been cleaner mirrors were dirty and food crumbs on carpet. Hot breakfast included but my breakfast sandwich was still cold in the middle. Overall I would still stay again.

Great Experience

SpringHill Suites in Brentwood worked very well for our family. The hotel is updated and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very nice with a microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Parking was free, and they had an I complimentary breakfast included in the daily rate. I would highly recommend SpringHill Suites in Brentwood, TN.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room, the staff, breakfast, all were very good. The room did need a little maintenance. The one closet door had a broken hinge that make opening the door difficult and the shower door leaked so after my shower there was a large puddle I had to clean up.
