This hotel needs some repairs; the elevator smells like burnt engine oil and wobbles a lot giving you the impression that it’s going to fall, but the staff really needs to be more friendly and courteous.

Check in went ok until we got to our room. The smell of mold was overwhelming and there was even mold spores on the lamp shade. Went to front desk and asked for a different room and the front desk woman went away for about 15 minutes then came back and gave us another room. The 2nd room was much better except the hair dryer feel off the wall of the bathroom. I also was not asked if I was a choice member so I will inform them in the morning when I check out and see if my member number can be applied to this reservation.

Bad location right on top of 10. Had to change rooms SS no tv remote. Housekeeping was lax in work. Why a TV in bathroom. How about lightbulbs in lamps but front desk night lady went beyond to make us comfortable
