Loved my old room. I could walk everywhere. Oddly, it was quiet. Staff was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged a little bit of money for things I brought to their attention that was missing in the room and then a bag of chips that was soft and stale. I even took photos. They still charged me for them.

Truly love this hotel — atmosphere, aroma, people, everything is on point and makes busy days in New Orleans restful and pleasant. The perfect nightcap.

The hotel was in a great location, was clean and great atmosphere. We called ahead to inquire where to park and valet. No valet and instructed to park across street in public lot and car would need to be registered. We did this and paid $95 for 2 days. When got inside hotel was told they had a discounted rate of $76 for 2 nights. The front desk lady was not very friendly either and was the one we spoke to 15mins earlier. Because this was a remodeled Warehouse, you could hear people walking and shower running above you. Also, room rate went from $163 per night to $302 per night because of Blues Festival starting that weekend. I don't think our room was a $300 room.
