They gave us an early check in. Which was very helpfully. Only thing u didn’t like is the restroom have no locks from inside. Other than that everything was perfect. Housekeeping was nice . She came 3 days and told her to come later and she did came after we left room .

Overall, we enjoyed the location of this hotel. There was construction on the street which made it a little challenging to get to, but that was not the fault of Hilton. We were able to walk or easily take the subway for everything we wanted to do. However, our actual hotel stay was sub-par. To begin, when we arrived after a long travel day and checked in, we discovered we did not have hand towels or hand soap. We immediately called down to the desk and a few minutes later, they did in fact deliver those items. Had that been the only issue, I likely would not have written a negative review. The next morning, we left early. We arrived back to our room at 4:00pm to clean up for dinner and discovered our room had not been made up so we did not have clean towels. Again, called down to the desk to request towels. A few minutes later, housekeeping let themselves into our room to clean. Not good timing. We asked if she could come back in 30 minutes, as we would be gone for the evening and she agreed. When we left, we stopped at the desk and asked if our room could be made up while we were gone. After looking surprised it hadn't been, they assured us it would be clean when we returned. Upon returning around 11:30pm, our room in fact had still NOT been cleaned! The following morning, we again stopped at the desk before leaving for the day. Again, shocked expressions that our room had not been taken care of. When we arrived back later that evening it had finally been made up, but A

Very convenient location close to wall street, the metro and ferries. Area is clean and quite. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great View

This hotel is in a great location right across from the Staten Island Ferry. Room was cozy and nice. Tried the breakfast for 40.00 with my wife and it wasn't worth 5 bucks so that was really the only negative.
