We did not like the &250 room deposit, when the room wasn't even $200 per night. That is crazy, to hold that amount on People's cards. Also there was not a restaurant or lounge. It was a small section in the lobby designated to these areas. Not at all somewhere you could go to relax from a long day of travel. In addition, NO room service!

Hotel was quiet and safe. Shuttle to EWR was timely and regular. Staff was polite and pleasant. Only negative was that during the entire 6 day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. We had to request new towels every 2-3 days and it was delivered promptly. It appears the hotel was very understaffed and it was a very busy period (Dec 20-26)
